From Beginner to Black Belt: Choose the Program that Fits Your Need!
TOT Class
Ages: 3-4
This ½ hour introduction to basic karate is designed for children ages 3-5. The goal is to have fun while improving basic motor skills. The goal for the Tiny Tot class is when the student turns 5 they will then graduate into regular children's class. Parents are encouraged to be hands-on in this class with their child. children's Class

FREE self-defense for the community
Is your business or group looking for a way to increase their awareness or just a different way to exercise or team build? TEAM MMA will make a class to fit your organization’s needs. This class is made for anyone in the community, who is 13 and up, and wants to learn basic self defense. There are a variety of reasons to attend this class from wanting to learn some basic Martial Arts techniques, to learn more about awareness of your surroundings, learn how to meditate, or a good workout. There is something for everyone at these classes! Every month will build on the month prior. At each class, there will be a review at the beginning to help you maintain that muscle memory. At Team MMA, we strive to help prepare you incase the unimaginable happens, so that you can get home to your loved ones at the end of the day. Below is the basic class structure. Field Trips
Miller's Martial Arts offers a unique opportunity for your group. You can schedule a field or we can come to you. In this hour and a half program your group will stretch out, learn several basic techniques, self-defense, kick targets, learn some Korean language, and much more.
