Community Involvement
At Team MMA the teaching of martial arts is only the beginning. We talk about the 3 R’s: Respect for yourself, Respect for others, and Responsibility for all your actions. Miller’s Martial Arts has also been a part of the Wings of Hope Event since 2008 raising over $27,000 to date. This event benefits local families that are affected by cancer. This event has now expanded into a yearly Block Party in 2023. Since 2010 Team MMA has been providing warmth to children through our Hats and Mittens Campaign for Mom’s House. They have also made a 100% PTA/PTO fundraiser for afterschool martial arts classes, where the district receives all of the money.
